      ACLU suing to end cash bail system so niggers don't have to pay to walk free

      The Michigan American Civil Liberties Union is suing the 36th District Court and the Wayne County sheriff on behalf of low-income Detroit residents who are caught up in the legal system and unable to afford bail.

      "[The cash bail system] punishes people not for what they’ve done, but for what they don’t have," Dan Korobkin, deputy legal director of ACLU Michigan, said Monday in a press conference.
      And they hired Eric Holder's nigger loving firm to represent them.

      The ACLU's seven-person class-action lawsuit was filed with the law firm Covington & Burling LLP.
      Holder and this firm also defended Sacker Pharmaceuticals after they got sued for poisoning half of America. Scumbag outfit.

      Guess it never occured to the ACLU to suggest that niggers stop doing nigger shit that gets niggers arrested. No need for bail, then.
      A nigger is the only creature in all of God's creation that can commit heinous and violent crimes, and then have the gall to petition for laws meant to restrain society's response to that criminality. Even a terrorist understands that bad things will happen if they're caught.

      The lawsuit alleges that courts do not adequately consider a person’s financial state when imposing bail requirements...
      Maybe, just maybe it's up to the nigger to consider that before being a nigger.
