The Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt district court must now decide whether to open main proceedings.

Sad but true! The UK is already gone, most of the bigger cities have already ass-lifter mayors (London, Oxford, Birminham, Leeds, Sheffield...), and there are sharia-courts everywhere. Sweden, France and Germany (officially 70 stabbings per day) will follow.

Of course I can't know for sure, but I suspect that it only seemed that way: Berlin defunds and demoralizes the police as well (20% budget cut, demoralization because they aren't allowed to go after non-Germans etc.):

Refugee accommodation operator murdered in knife attack in Sarstedt

This morning, emergency services were summoned to a train station in Sarstedt, Lower Saxony. On site they found a man who was seriously injured, presumably from a knife wound. The 61-year-old runs a hotel that was converted into refugee accommodation. He dies at the scene.

Major investigation near the train station - a 61-year-old died in a suspected stabbing attack in Sarstedt, Lower Saxony. The man was so seriously injured around 10 a.m. in the Bahnhofstrasse area that he died on site a short time later, a police spokesman said. According to the “Bild” newspaper, the victim is said to have a migration background. The police and public prosecutor's office confirmed to the "Hildesheimer Allgemeine Zeitung" (HAZ) in the evening that the person killed was the operator of the hotel that had been converted into refugee accommodation.

A large number of emergency services were deployed around the affected train station in the small town in the Hildesheim district. The initial investigations quickly pointed to a possible suspect, who is now being intensively searched for, using all available means.

Suspect on the run

According to a police spokesman, the suspect is still on the run. A helicopter was also used for the search. The suspect is said to be around 1.80 meters tall, has short dark hair and is wearing a black T-shirt, probably jeans and possibly a beige jacket.

The investigators called on people to contact them urgently if they have any information. According to the officials, the background and exact events are still completely unclear. Investigations into an attempted homicide have begun and a murder squad has been set up.

Investigators have not yet been able to provide any information about a possible motive or the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim. However, a police spokesman said that there was currently “no evidence pointing towards a terrorist background”.

Recently, a fatal knife attack in Solingen sparked a broad discussion - including about an extended ban on knives in public . On Friday, a plane with 28 Afghan criminals on board took off from Leipzig towards Kabul. The first deportation to Afghanistan since the Taliban came to power had already been prepared for two months.

A wedding party gets out of their cars in the middle of the Autobahn 5 near Freiburg and starts dancing! The action causes great annoyance for following drivers.

A wedding party slowed down traffic on the A5 near Freiburg and then got out to dance on the road. Following motorists found the incident anything but amusing – they alerted the police, who classified the incident as dangerous interference with road traffic.

As authorities reported that evening, several patrol cars followed the revelers and pulled four cars out of traffic near the Freiburg-Nord junction for inspection. Prior to this, the wedding party had brought traffic toward Karlsruhe to a standstill. The cars repeatedly accelerated sharply and then braked sharply again.

I'm almost sure that that exit to Freiburg North is mandated down to 120 kilometers per hour, given that it's the 3rd exit for heading to Freiburg, after consecutively Freiburg Center and Freiburg South. Still, even when traffic is mandated to slow down to 120, if the jam gets long enough, it'll jam up too close to where there isn't any speed limit whatsoever. That stretch is only 2 lanes in each direction. So, a Porsche travelling at 280 kilometers per hour better have had its brakes done on time
