What were they expecting? Decent tenants who pay on time and keep the property in a fine condition out of gratitude? Anyone, anywhere, who rents to niggers be they NAPAs or savages directly imported from the jungle (in this case) will find it's a major mistake. Niggers are not human! They take any kindness shown to them as a weakness to prey on.
