Three people from foreign countries who have been repeatedly stopped by police officers on the grounds of race, skin color, nationality, etc., claim that "discrimination is a violation of the Constitution" and will soon file a lawsuit in the Tokyo District Court seeking compensation from the government and others.

Japan runs on The MacArthur Constitution, (戦後憲法, Sengo-Kenpō), and it doesn't have all the nicey nice 'Amendments' that dipshit liberals added to the U.S. Constitution. FAIL

Stops based on race, nationality, etc. are a problem overseas, and it is expected that the illegality of such conduct will be contested in Japan as well.

These assholes expec wrong. The Japanese patience is already wearing thin on nigger monkeyshines, just ask Johnny Somali.

The three will soon file a lawsuit in the Tokyo District Court demanding compensation of 3 million yen per person from the national government, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and Aichi Prefecture, claiming that "discriminatory treatment based on race is unconstitutional."

The nigger lottery seeks to add another franchise. I predict FAIL.

Attorney Taiki Taniguchi, who represents the plaintiffs, said, "There is no judicial precedent in Japan where the illegality of a stop called racial profiling has been disputed, and it seems to be the first time.

In 2020, the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination recommended that countries formulate guidelines to prevent racial profiling.

Against this backdrop, the Tokyo Bar Association conducted an online questionnaire survey of foreigners living in Japan and Japan with foreign parents, and received responses from approximately 2,100 people.

According to the report, 1,318 people, or 62.9%, were stopped in the past five years. Of those who were stopped, 50.4% were stopped two to five times, 10.8% were stopped six to nine times, and 11.5% were stopped 10 times or more.

I highly suggest Japan stands it's ground and defend itself against these invaders who move to other countries just to cry out racism and bring an entire country down for the sake of accomodating foreigners who clearly don't pertain to the country naturally. If they cave in to this nonsense, Japan will go from a beautiful prosperous country to just another ghetto shit hole on earth. Learn from the U.S and do exactly the opposite of what they are doing. Regarding racial profiling. I have met a person who told me they had a Sikh college (Indian guy with a turban) and everybody hated to accompany the Sikh college on any business trip.

In the airport, they always saw a brown guy with a turban and "randomly" pulled him for an extra search. However, since they claim they do it randomly and not based on a skin color, they automatically pulled a white guy standing next to the Sikh for an extra search as well.

I think that the Asian world in general learned the dangers of so-called multi-culturalism from watching what it did to other countries that were dumb enough to indulge it.
