Police in Durham Region are asking potential victims to come forward following reports of sexual assaults.
Police say they are looking for victims after reports of a man kissing and touching women without their consent in Oshawa.On Tuesday, police started an investigation after a 16-year-old girl reported being kissed and touched by a man at the bus loop near the Oshawa Centre.Police then became aware of two other victims.
The suspect is described as a brown male, 20 to 30 years of age, five-foot-eleven, with a slim to medium build, short wavy black hair, beard, black framed glasses and spoke with an accent.
I'm very surprised they added the "brown" in the description. I think we can figure out it's one of those peace-loving migrants.
