Despite the varying stories from the customer service representatives, DirecTV customers claimed that they were able to cancel their packages hassle-free. Marc Hoffman said he received a full refund after complaining about players kneeling, and Chris Baker said he canceled it because the games were becoming too political.

This has to be costing Directv quite a bit. They push that football package heavily, they call me like once a week asking if I would like it. Of course I say no, I have no interest in it. I should ask if they offer a nigger free package with no nigger shows.
