Worker shot at Roseville restaurant dies, police say

A suspect is in custody after police say he shot and killed an employee at a Roseville restaurant Monday afternoon, police say.

The shooting happened around 3:20 p.m. at House of Oliver on Douglas Boulevard.

When officers arrived, they found a woman with life-threatening injuries. In an update Tuesday morning, police said she had died. The Placer County coroner has identified her as Vitalina Joga, 51.
