      A useless pumpkin headed nigger pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 years in NBU for the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old girl in 2018.

      Raphael Carter was sentenced to 25 years in NBU after pleading guilty to the charge of voluntary manslaughter.
