H.Res.919 - Declaring unconditional war on racism and invidious discrimination and providing for the establishment of a Cabinet-level Department of Reconciliation charged with eliminating racism and invidious discrimination.

Heard about this on a recent AmRen podcast. The Anti-White racist faction are demanding that the budget will be at least 10% of the Defense budget. The Defense budget is around $700 billion, so they want $70 billion to eliminate racism. For the sake of comparison; the FBI budget is around $10 billion and the total local police department budgets are around $190 billion.
