A new petition demanding a mosque to quiet down:

In October 2022, a fateful “pilot project” began in Cologne, of all places, with its world-famous cathedral in which the relics of the Three Wise Men rest, a historic center of Christian civilization: mosques were allowed in a major German city for the first time of the muezzin to be heard over loudspeakers from afar - supposedly limited to two years. At that time, almost 16,000 citizens defended themselves against the Islamization of Cologne with a petition on PatriotPetition.org, unfortunately in vain. Now the Islamic prayer and battle cry should remain permanently permitted.

The city of Cologne has given the huge Ditib Central Mosque in the Ehrenfeld district, which opened in 2018 in the presence of Turkish President Erdogan, unlimited permission to loudly broadcast the Islamic muezzin call to the world in Arabic over loudspeakers in Arabic every Friday between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. for a total of five minutes to trumpet: “Allah is the greatest. I testify that there is no God but Allah.” Even during the construction of the mosque, the residents were assured that there would be no audible muezzin call! In a typical salami tactic, the call was then allowed to be “limited to two years” in 2022 and now completely unlimited.

This is a triumph especially for the Turkish despot Erdogan, whose religious authority in Ankara reports directly to the Ditib community in Cologne. He now has a powerful instrument in his hands, using the muezzin call, which at the same time represents a declaration of war on Christianity and all other religions, to instill political Islam's claim to dominance in the people of Cologne every Friday. One should also not forget that countless innocent people have already been slaughtered by Islamic terrorists under the battle cry “Allahu Akbar”, with which the muezzin call begins.

The human rights activist Mina Ahadi, who fled Iran to Europe in 1990, sees it this way: “This is an absolutely wrong message and a great shame. This is not a sign of tolerance. With the muezzin call you give political Islam a powerful signal.” Islamism expert Ahmad Mansour adds that the muezzin call is clearly a “demonstration of power by political Islam”. There is nothing to add to that. Shouts of “Allahu Akbar” and muezzin have no place in the Christian West. We must never submit to political Islam! Those responsible in Cologne, especially Mayor Henriette Reker (no political party affiliation), have to realize that the muezzin call is still met with strong resistance from the people and that we have not simply gotten used to it even after two years of constant Islamic sound. Therefore, with the attached petition, let us once again strongly urge the mayor to stop the muezzin calls in Cologne once and for all and thereby send a clear signal against political Islam. Illegal gambling - machines seized in raid

Organized crime often involves drugs, weapons, or human trafficking. However, quick money can also be made with slot machines, which are often illegal.

The issue is illegal gambling and organized crime: More than 400 police officers searched 80 locations in Berlin and confiscated slot machines. The focus of the large-scale operation by the judiciary, police, and district authorities is on establishments such as shisha bars, late-night shops, snack bars, and cafes where illegally installed machines are suspected. "Berlin is fighting against the activities of organized crime. Money is its driving force. According to (vague as usual) judicial information, the operation was directed against a company that received a permit in 2021 to operate two slot machines at each of 80 locations. However, amusement tax due was never paid. Because the operator failed to respond to fines, according to authorities, it was prohibited from continuing to conduct business in January. The operation was the enforcement of the order. Slot machines were confiscated and transported away on trucks.

Closer cooperation between the judiciary and districts

The raid was based on increased cooperation between the judiciary, district regulatory offices, and the public prosecutor's office. It is based on a model project launched in 2023 and the "Cooperation Platform for Combating Organized Crime." It is also intended to facilitate exchanges with customs authorities, the police, and tax authorities.

Justice Senator Badenberg sees this as an opportunity to more quickly identify criminal structures, for example, during commercial inspections, and to more successfully confiscate illegal profits. She calls it a system of "permanent pinpricks."

In order to collect more illegally obtained profits, authorities are increasingly relying on the option of issuing so-called confiscation notices for administrative offenses. This tool records illegally acquired assets, Badenberg said. With fine notices, however, those affected can deduct various costs.

Organized crime, or OC for short, causes billions in revenue loss in Germany – and the trend is rising. According to the Justice Administration, nationwide, this damage has increased fivefold since 2014 and is estimated at just under €3 billion. In Berlin alone, fiscal losses amounted to approximately €57 million in 2023.

However, the judiciary is increasingly succeeding in recovering criminally acquired assets for the national treasury: According to the Senate, in 2023, revenue from criminal asset confiscation amounted to more than 4.9 million euros; last year, the amount rose significantly to around 8.8 million euros.
