Why wouldn't they? A niglette is basically born ready to start breeding, and the biggest enabler for 40 years has been Western foreign aid. Before, a sow would muh poosie in order to have 20 niglets, hoping a few would survive. Now a lot of the niglets live, and rich nations are supposed to hand out gibs.

The findings come ahead of an African-led conference on ending child marriage to take place in Senegal later this month. In west Africa alone, 1.7 million girls are married below the minimum legal age every year, one of the highest rates globally.
