      Oh man that's a big, ongoing scam.

      The usual M.O. is to go to WIC (women, infants, children) and claim a ton of shitlets. That way they get a lot of formula for free. From there it hits Craigslist or community forums and tada, money for Newpawts, Hennessey and crack rock.
