Regarding more lawfare, he says that “we police Trump through the court system, through the judges we know that are going to be favorable to the filings, and the circuits that will be favorable.”
He goes on to say “We have to pin down Trump where we can there. We have to use Congress to do the same there. We have to use our organizations (just like the 4000 other democracy lawfare groups).”
He says they are having a call to “have the lawsuits ready, have the judges selected that we want to file in, and then the path to build there.”
