Mother suing Walgreens after an employee apparently shot her 7 times in a parking lot for stealing makeup

A pregnant woman who made a bad choice and shoplifted was shot multiple times by an employee and almost lost her unborn baby. That's what her attorneys are claiming in a lawsuit against Walgreens.

It was nearly a year ago that Travonsha Ferguson was apparently followed out of the store at 2500 Gallatin Pike by an employee, and then shot by that employee seven times.

"My daughter did not deserve for this to happen to her," said Shantanica Ferguson, her mother. "It's been a long ride and it's not fair she deserves justice."

Making bad choices is just what niggers do. If every nigger that made a bad choice got shot 7x, we'd go bankrupt paying all those medical bills.

The shooting prompted an emergency cesarean section to deliver the baby prematurely. The boy survived, but the now 11-month-old has a heart defect, and his mother requires the use of a colostomy bag, court documents said.

Ahhh, sheeit. They lived. And now the taxpayer can look forward to many, many, many expensive medical bills.

The employee who shot her was terminated. He was not charged with a crime after he claimed self-defense

He told police he made his way to the rear of the car as the women loaded items into the trunk. He pulled his semi-automatic pistol and fired after one of the women sprayed him with mace, authorities said he told investigators.

After the shooting, the women drove off, and he called 911.

The woman who was with Ferguson dropped her off at a hospital and drove away, officials said.
