Juwaun rapes, murders, robs 61-year-old woman.

17-year-old Juwaun Terry Stewart has been arrested for the rape and murder of 61-year-old Tammy Coates. On the day of the murder, January 17, Stewart asked Coates if he could clean snow off her car, for which she declined. He later entered her unlocked apartment in Brunswick, Maryland to rob her when the rape and murder occurred. Stewart is being charged as an adult.

Brunswick Police say officers were familiar with Stewart from past interactions.

In fact, he was already taken into custody for a separate crime, shortly after Coates' murder.
