Didn't two United planes loose wheels in the last three weeks? I'd be very interested to know which Airlines the tranny CEO flies with. Given the typical liberal hypocrisy, I'd be surprised if it flew with his own company.

Usually I'd say you are correct, but (in a sane world) airlines should be the exception. I mean, it's their only product. On the other hand, even a tranny probably won't enter a plane with an apefirmative action pilot.

Yes, Swizerland is prohibitively expensive when it comes to food or dining out. Roughly 3x (groceries, especially meat) to 5x (dinging out) the prices in the US, I'd guess. Whenever I do have the opportunity, I drive to Germany or France for groceries. Even though Germany has caught up a lot in terms of prices in the last few months.

True, this was over 10 years ago. The husband was a chief mechanic for Lufthansa, working at Kennedy Airport. They had two Rhodesian Ridgebacks
about the same age as ours, and we always hosted play dates for them, in our very large yard. Two of their friends were Swiss policeman, one who
sometimes worked as an air marshal. They were pretty impressed with my gun collection.
My wife works for Trader Joe's, and is an excellent cook. If there's one thing we have going for us here in NY, it's great food.
Our friend's got transferred back to Switzerland, and then their marriage fell apart. The wife started getting crazy, accusing him
of all kinds of nonsense, when all the guy did was go to work, eat and sleep. She had this Borderline Personality Disorder thing,
same as my brother's ex-girlfriend. There is nothing borderline about being this paranoid and insane. They turn on everyone in their
lives, especially their loved ones.
