Albany Police are investigating the city’s first homicide of the year. No arrests have been made.
Ozzie Gardner, 44, was shot in the chest around 12:45 Monday morning. The shooting happened at Second and Judson streets, police said. Gardner was pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center.
Gardner had been fighting with another person during a party, said police, and the victim and suspect knew each other.

I used to get equipment repaired at a place near the RCA building - the one with the Petey dog statue. I'd drive through Arbor Hill to get there,
which is ground zero for Albany's wildest niggers. I kept my gun in my lap there, because I once had niggers come at me at a red light, from
either side. I just punched it before they got any closer. I started taking the next exit off 90, approaching my destination from the north instead.
The place closed, so I don't go there anymore....
