My guess is the white devils, the ones stupid enough to feel sorry for these vermin. There needs to be a quarantine, enforced by
a military and naval blockade, to keep any and all material assistance out of Africa. Let nature take it's course, and soon there would
be 10 times fewer savages roaming the continent. It would drastically improve the breed, and the conditions for those that remain.
