    Pratt & Whitney's Engines fail

    I smell niggercrime! All of P&W's PW1000G engines produced since 2016 must be replaced/repaired. (The PW1000G belongs to the new generation of geared turbofans, in theory a gorgeous piece of engineering. "Geared" fans are some sort of holy grail of jet engines. They decouple the fan from the jet engine via a gearbox, to greatly improve efficiency.)
    The core of engine disks are usually made of various high temperature steels, depending on where in the engine they sit. And they get powder coated to make them durable&heat resistant. Now, these coatings are flawed. Because, the powder used was defective.

    Here's why I smell nigger: I know that in aircraft QM, these powders are actually mandatory checked through spectral analysis before they are used. The lab technician must have turned a blind eye so that defective metal powder would pass through. It's simply not possible they didn't notice.

    To repair the affected engines, the whole engine needs to be taken apart, and reassembled, rechecked etc. Essentially, a new engine. Reportedly, per engine that process takes about 250 days.

    Is Pratt & Whitney a "woke" DEI corporation, like Boeing, and so many others that are heading downhill ?
    Do they have "Hidden Figures", instead of the best and brightest, doing the "maffs" behind the scenes ?

    Probably, yes. When I first read that story, my niggdar screamed "apefirmative action". I once worked in aerospace, and the rules and QM checks are beyond crazy. Even for non-security related items, construction-time vs. documentation/faa-bureaucracy is at least 1:10.

    Pratt&Whitney belongs to RTX (Raytheon Technologies Corp.). According to Yahoo Finance 80% of stocks are held by institutions, the top three shareholders are Vanguard, State Street and Blackrock. (And the majority of the other big shareholders belongs to one of them as well.)

    Hiring niggers is one thing, letting them do anything important is another. Sheboons on the NYC Fire Department don't even bother getting on
    the truck. They just take their sweet time putting on their gear, and the human firefighters are long gone by the time they're ready. Corporate
    diversity hires, with MBAs and degrees in computer science (from nigger universities) end up running the copying machine - but not very well,
    if and when they show up. Google hires niggers - then gives them absolutely nothing to do, which goes on for years....
