A man who won the affordable housing lottery in New York City has showed off the modern apartment that he's going to be moving into - which comes complete with a sprawling rooftop patio, a laundry room, and a gym.

The Bronx-native, who goes by the username McMuurdaaaa on TikTok, could hardly contain his excitement after he earned a chance to relocate to a stunning new building in the heart of Brooklyn with very low rent.

He went to visit what would soon be his abode on Wednesday and took to the video-sharing platform to show off the new digs.

No NY residential construction gets approved, unless niggers are built into it. Even luxury skyscrapers, in high end east side Manhattan neighborhoods
are not immune. They sandwich in "affordable" and "low income" apartments, and install no income shitbags, in buildings with a 1 to 5 million price range.
Then the spooks hire a lawyer, because they have a separate entrance, called a "poor door", and can't access certain luxury amenities, such as gyms,
pools and spas. As if legit residents need to put up with ghetto jungle bunny "takeovers" on a daily basis. Bombarding us with niggers is job one for liberals.....

Nigger doesn’t realize that many niggers live scenarios like this. Almost every nigger nest was nice and clean upon the niggers moving in, and turned into toxic waste dumps within months to years.
