Police are searching for a 19-year-old man they believe killed Josh Kruger

Philadelphia police on Friday issued an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Robert Davis in the killing of 39-year-old far-left "openly queer and HIV-positive" journalist Josh Kruger and revealed in a leak to the media that the two had been in gay relationship.

Marshmond said Davis was known to police and had been arrested before, but declined to elaborate on officers' earlier interactions with him.
