Also in Germany: Incest among immigrant Muslims and the devastating consequences

This issue has been a burning concern for us for some time, especially because it's been virtually hushed up in Germany. This is taking its toll, because what's at stake here has become a major burden on our society, from the strain on our social and health care systems to an ethical responsibility toward those who can't defend themselves.

Incest, or cousin marriage, is a topic that doesn't really play a role in German society, but is becoming an increasingly serious problem due to the immigration of Muslims to Germany.

Why? In Muslim societies, cousin marriage is a component of the religion, and is naturally also practiced among immigrants in Germany and among the Muslim refugees who come to our country.

Health insurance companies cover the costs of this type of marriage, which results in children born from these marriages, with a high incidence of disabilities. This issue is observed almost daily in German hospitals and maternity wards. Unfortunately, the problem is not discussed publicly. Doctors and nurses are sworn to silence, and for the rest of the population, the issue falls under the category of "gag orders."

In the following, I draw on two publications, and at the end you'll find a link to an article from 2010 that comprehensively addresses the topic. I checked Danish sources, which are mostly cited in the article, using a translation program, and they are considered reliable. The article is comprehensive, but it highlights the dangers of inbreeding through immigration and its impact on society!

In my opinion, it's important to consider this issue from a scientific perspective. The theory of heredity is not "negotiable," and there can no longer be any exceptions for religious rules. First, quotes from the "Rheinische Post":

"Herne Sinem Gündogdu* breathes, she sometimes twitches, she makes noises, every now and then she smiles or a tear flows down her cheek. Sinem lives a life in a bent body and is isolated in her mind. The girl from Herne cannot stand up, speak, or actively participate in life. Her legs and arms are bent, her short black hair frames her face.

She's 15 years old and looks eight. It's a miracle that she's alive, as the doctors gave her only a few years to live. Her sister Özlem died three years ago – she was only twelve at the time. Sinem and Özlem were both born with severe physical and mental disabilities; her older sister Azize, 17, attended a school for children with learning disabilities, and she currently has nothing to do.

How can it be that all three children have disabilities? Seyran, a Turkish woman, and her husband Askin are cousins.

"In this group, a total of 50 unborn children—about eight percent—were affected by a severe disability. For at least 20 of these unborn children, it can be assumed that their illness was causally related to their parents' kinship. Children from marriages between relatives are more likely to suffer from hereditary diseases, epilepsy, hearing loss, or muscular dystrophy. The risk of developing a genetic metabolic disorder is higher, and life expectancy is lower."

"Despite all her efforts, the sociologist knows that this dangerous tradition is unlikely to change anytime soon. It's not for nothing that a common saying in Turkey goes, 'Good girls marry relatives, bad girls are given to strangers.'"

A shorter excerpt from the article in the Danish newspaper “europenews.dk”:

"Another study shows that the risk of having an IQ below 70 increases by 400%: from 1.2% for children of normal parents to 6.2% for children born to incest. The risk of stillbirth doubles when the parents are first cousins. Whatever one's perspective, incest among Muslims has serious consequences for Western culture and the Muslim world. Spending on mentally and physically disabled Muslims is missing from the budget for other public expenditures."

The darkest areas colored into the following chart are those showing the highest frequency of incestual marriages:

    Humiliation through derision, since 1965

This is why the country is called "Turkey."
