Basically a carload of 16 year old niggers were riding around and the nigger driving was playing around with a gun, like a real gangsta, and shot itself in the head. Being a nigger, the head is the least vital thing on the it, so, for now, the nigger is still with us. The taxpayers will be on the hook for the nigger for years to come.
