A Baltimore father remains in jail tonight after threatening an elementary school basketball coach over his son's playing time, according to charging documents.

48-year-old Troy Spencer of Baltimore faces three counts each of first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless endangerment, according to online court records. He is also charged with possessing a firearm with a felony conviction, having a dangerous weapon on school grounds, and various other gun charges.
