ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — According to court officials, Albany City court was closed on Tuesday for fumigation after hundreds of cockroaches were released during a court procedure.
The incident occurred Tuesday morning during an arraignment of 4 people, where one of defendants began to record court proceedings.
When told to stop, we're told that a fight escalated and cockroaches were then released from plastic containers.
