Would such a thing be possible in America? Here in Britain I've always imagined winning the huge Euromillions jackpot - about £150 million - and creating a village where all newcomers have to be approved by 100% of the residents. As I would live there myself, I'd vote to make sure no nigger was ever allowed in.

Wonderful idea! MSM would go mad. At least in theory it should be possible because there exist a few orthodox Jewish towns in the US (Kiryas Joel, Lakewood...), they even refuse to let in non-orthodox Jews.

Today you would need an existing high percentage white area, local political unison in keeping it white only, and existing owners only selling to other white buyers. Then you may have a chance.
