A 26-year-old man is dead and 11 others are wounded after gunfire erupted at a rap festival in Dallas shortly after midnight Saturday night.
11 people were shot at a trail ride in southern Dallas Saturday night.
A 26-year-old man identified as Kealon Dejuane Gilmore (photo below) was pronounced dead at the scene with a gunshot wound to his head.

I lived just West of Fort Worth for six years. Outside of travelling through on the I-20, I went to Dallas a total of ONE time just to take the family to the Galleria Mall. A lot of folks are under the misimpression that Texas is all white guys in cowboy hats, horses and hay. I wasn't and it ain't!
