Because I doubt that (apart from google perhaps - but even they won't do that for all pictures/videos) they categorize pictures by content (AI), but mainly by its metadata. As almost every article uses stock photos from some media agency (getty images, shutterstock, istock etc.), the search results are probably not as biased as it seems to be the case.

I have no problem with Ukrainian refugees coming to the United States. You could take the entire population and drop them all across our country, and we'd be only better off. Many already speak English, and the rest would be willing to learn just like others who already immigrated here.
