I found this translation from someone who speaks nigger babble on youtube:
he sees them carrying a red bandana and asks them if they are affiliated with a gang, they say they are part of the Black Disciples, but he calls bullshit. They trade a few insults back and forth for a bit, the guy in the car is mostly making fun of them for being so young, so they look foolish. The kids retort by saying they have the support of BD and will fuck the cameraman up. The cameraman says he is part of BD and he will fuck them up for being fake. Then the kid shows the gun, and the guy is surprised at children carrying a firearm, so he continues to make fun of them, saying he will hit them so hard they will come out of their shoes. Things calm down after the guy sees the gun is real, and lets them go about their business.
