The SEPTIC trains should have police activated door locks.
When TNB erupts, the PoPo at the monitoring center lock the doors and respond.
If the car is 100% nigro occupied, tear gas jets could be activated to give the jigs something to complain about until the Po rolls up.
Too bad more jigs don't try and steal some of that third rail!
