I knew of the pedophile, and a little online searching brings up that the others were convicted of burglary, and domestic violence. Rittenhouse did the country three big favors in a matter of seconds.

At one time the great Republic of Texas had a law, on the books and frequently used, that required the state to prove that the person killed was not him/herself already guilty of a previous capital offense prior to the homicide that put them down. If the answer was yes then they generally wouldn't press charges. As long as the citizen himself wasn't committing a crime while doing it (e.g. robbing a bank and killing a fellow bank robber for his cut) the state would consider the citizen as doing the state and taxpayers a favor by his actions.


It was especially useful for posses, who needed legal protection to perform their duties when summoned by sheriffs as temporary citizen LEO's.


I think every state needs to have these laws. Not just to look for individual criminals in times of urgency, but for possible criminals in times of c̶i̶v̶i̶l̶ ̶u̶n̶r̶e̶s̶t̶ nigger riots.
