So called "Affinity Groups" - separating people by race... I don't know what to do.

I work as a teacher at a fancy private school. Ever since last year when the world went batshit crazy over niggers, this concept of "DEI work" which stands for Die-versity, equity, and inclusion (except whites) has been shoveled at us. We have to incorporate DEI work into all of our lessons. Now, I don't teach liberal arts. I teach math and science. How do I incorporate DEI work into teaching high schoolers how to do algebra, geometry, stoichimetry or electrical circuits? Don't even bother to answer that. A lot of us at the school are upset. Parents are outraged because the school used to be conservative but our school headmaster marched with BLM. Leftists run everything.
The school decided to have "Affinity Groups" where once a week, students and teachers are separated into different groups based on race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and Jews. (Nothing against Jewish people but they get their own affinity group. Christians do not.) In these groups, we "sit in our discomfort" and talk about "we need to do better" without actually offering any practical solutions. It's absolute insanity. They have us read stuff like anti-racist books and things like that.
The problem is that all schools have been infected with this ideology. I don't know what to do. I love teaching. I don't talk about politics or do any indoctrination in my class. I only talk about math and science. I don't talk about "this scientist is black. Ooh lookie here, this mathematician was a white racist." or anything like that.
I feel so uncomfortable with these "Affinity groups" and from what I understand, they are popping up everywhere, including in the corporate world. By the way, I live in the south and can only imagine how much worse these can be in SF, Seattle, Portland, or NYC. I don't want to quit my job but I feel that this is so wrong on so many levels. I am having a hard time going into work and doing my job because they keep demanding more and more DEI stuff in my lessons. The admins and DEI coordinators want to see our lessons to make sure we are adding enough DEI baloney into it.
Every day I want to just quit. I don't know what to do anymore. This "Christian School" is absolutely godless. Lets not even get into how the girls dress. No dress code means they wear whatever they want exposing T&A and everything.

I feel for you, I really do. I don't want to advise you either way, but I'll tell my own shorter story that I gave teaching a try once. I needed a change from corporate America, and though public school teaching was a big pay cut, there was the lure of excellent health insurance and a pension, and the satisfaction of teaching. But after a year, I gave up. I told off the district as I tendered my resignation. And I dealt with hardly any niggers, or SJW BS! I couldn't imagine what you and so many others are enduring when my problems were bad enough just with white parents making excuses for their kids. I was a rookie and so easy to blame for poor grades. And then there was "Oh but he's never like this at home!" Yeah, if I was such a bad teacher, how come 28 out of 30 would be a C or higher, and the two with a D or F had consistent bad grades and bad behavior reports in all their other classes?

my kid comes home every day in a rage about the fucking nefarious alphabet and nigger shit they are attempting to reprogram him with. He's a smart kid and understands the agenda of the Marxists. I told him to question, retort and challenge....but he just wants to get through without becoming a mark. His choice, I support it and I'll accept his awareness for now.

A lesson plan that includes nigger worship is one thing, actually "finding time" to include it in the classroom is another. Afterall, teaching the subject matter is what gets tested and measured. Race, gender, religion and politics have nothing to do with the subject matter in a science and math class.

Should you actually decide to quit, you really should try to make them fire you. E.g. just don't "teach" that DEI stuff (but do not refuse verbally, just ignore the nonsense), and then try to sue the school for discrimination of Christian people.

Apart from that: I don't think there is an answer or a way out, since I do think society is broken beyond repair. Western world got rid of Enlightenment and common sense. Considering schools/universities: The only possibility is to restart from scratch (the last sane people on earth need to build their own schools, or emigrate to Japan).
