Every time we think an American city has come up with the stupidest "woke" or niggerloving BS, another city comes up with worse. Seattle, Portland, Baltimore, Chicago, and of course NY, are probably looking to offer $400 or $500.

Telling niggers to not act like niggers has never worked. Positive reinforcement doesn’t work. Negative reinforcement doesn’t work either really, but would be preferable.
Start threatening to take away welfare to criminals and mass breeders, or get them spayed or neutered to receive gibs.
