      'Outsourcing' in the GOOD ole' days....

      I was recently readin' about some Southern plantation owners who, instead of having their own 'In House' Mister Ames used to employ independent whipping (Correctional) contractors who came around in a fully equipped wagon with all necessary 'supplies' on board. Had I lived in those days I would have put in the best tender and ensured that plantation owners received good value for money 'On site'!

      Correcting niggers with a whip was probably tiring.

      Sounds reasonable to hire a "cracker" to take care of the correctional problems behind the house, so you had more time to play in the house with momma!
