      Not a surprising crime or perpetrator for a NYC subway crime.

      Netting deployed by explosive charges should be installed by turnstiles, stairways, exits etc to capture these animals before they run off too far.

      Since all this shit gets watched on a live feed by the PoPo, they should add a "fire" button to the camera joystick so that when Lamont steps off the train, he could be "bagged" like big game!
