The mayor of one of Westchester’s largest cities has declared a state of emergency after its entire fleet of police, fire and garbage vehicles was put out of service due to more than $500,000 in unpaid invoices.
The mayor, a fugly sow named Shawyn Patterson-Howard, waddles over to the public trough, finds it sucked dry of slops and ooks, "Dey ain't no mo' munny! Whare da fug is muh muhfuggin' munny at? Better not no one steals muh munny!"
