No front plate will get you pulled over, in any state that requires two plates. Same as dark tinted windows will.
A suspended license will get you arrested every time, even if you're a toofy, loudmouth nigger.

Not only was this by the books, the cop should have been ashamed of himself if he let the nigger go. In a lot of places, I think including where I live, driving with a suspended license means immediate arrest and impounding of the vehicle. Yes, the towing yards make a killing, but some jurisdictions do that to get someone who shouldn't be driving off the road.

The nigger absolutely should have been pulled over, and not just for an easy ticket to generate revenue. Why do many states require front plates? Because of criminals, and 99% of the time, nigger criminals. This nigger is a case in point.
