Sadly, no payoffs needed. The law couldn't be more clear. Prosecuting Nigger Cosby using admissions of guilt from the civil trial, after promising not to prosecute, was a clear violation of the Constitution.

FOX News had the former DA on who made the deal.(It was his successor who didn't honor the deal) As he claimed, there was no real evidence that could be used in court to convict the rape ape nigger. So... looking to get the victim SOMETHING... in this case a cash settlement... the DA created a situation where Nigger Cosby couldn't use the 5th Amendment to refuse to answer questions, by giving him immunity from prosecution for these specific crimes. It was an imperfect solution to an otherwise no-win situation.

I agree the nigger animal belongs in prison. But we still have to follow the law. What the state did by prosecuting Nigger Cosby, breaking their agreement... allows these filthy niggers to further attack our foundational institutions and the Rule of Law. It allows Nigger Cosby, possibly the most vicious serial rapist in American history, to claim victory. Everyone will forget he actually confessed to rape and paid out a monetary settlement.

I agree niggers shouldn't have the same Rights as people.... unfortunately we didn't write the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.

The rules of civil court are much different than criminal court. The burden of proof changes.

And if a D.A. has some evidence, whether or not it's enough to convict, but strikes a "deal" to let someone off the hook, then that's dereliction of duty. It was a difficult case to prove, but not impossible (unless there's a nigger that hangs the jury). I have to question whether "tricking" the nigger into a confession was necessary for a civil trial, where the standard is much lower (preponderance of evidence as opposed to reasonable doubt).

It all stinks of payoffs behind the scenes, like we could have expected from a wealthy nigger.
