Only Humans have "cultures". Niggers are not Human, and have no "culture.
For starters, a group has to have an indigenous written language proprietary to that group to record their progress, and thus, establish their culture. Niggers were never smart enough to create their own written language.
Humans create and maintain ordered and productive societies that survive for thousands of years. Niggers everywhere live in perpetual chaos and destroy everything they come in contact with. That is not "culture".
