NY Inmate Hangs Self While Officer Watches

A city correction officer has been charged in connection to the suicide of an inmate who died in a lower Manhattan cell last year — after she ordered her subordinates not to help him, authorities said.

I guess it's pretty clear that black lives only matter when they're killed by white cops.
This sow, a Corrections Captain watched (and heard him announce it) as a nigger inmate made a noose and hung his ass in his cell. She told other inmates he was just "playing" and ordered other officers to leave him hanging.

One deceased and one arrested, a win-win.

Oh yeah, bonus...she lied on the incident report and said she ordered him taken down.
