'Go back into your little cage until the monkey controller gets here': LAPD review 370 cases after retired detective calls young black motorist a 'dumb n*****' in racist flare up after minor car accident

A retired Los Angeles police detective was caught on camera hurling racial slurs at a young black man after a minor car accident in California.

Video of the altercation in Santa Clarita went viral this week after it was posted on Twitter by @WhatUpSCV.

It shows a man, identified by authorities as former LAPD homicide detective John Motto, berating a young black man, at one point telling him: 'Go back into your little cage until the monkey controller gets here.'

Outrage over the video prompted the LAPD to open a review of 370 cases Motto worked on before his retirement last spring, department officials announced Tuesday.

'Oh but you can say n****r and I can't?' Motto says.

'Are you serious?' the young black man responds as he confronts the woman and someone behind the camera says: 'Walk away, just walk away.'

Motto replies: 'No, he started the n****r thing because he is the dumb n****r. Yeah I said it second, right after you.'

I was literally near that street 2 evenings ago. I know that area very well, having many relatives there. Generally peaceful, good neighborhood, but my cousin tells me there's an upsurge in niggers. In the interests of equity, even nice cities are required to provide Section 8 housing and guess who lives there. There's also a lot of fresh off the border niggers (doesn't matter what ethnicity, crime and illegal deeds are done by niggers).

The location is literally in front of a BMW dealer, across from a Mercedes dealer, and just less than a block from a Porsche dealer. Like I said, niggers have been coming to cause trouble in this area. At Target, Walmart, restaurants, there's now ugly beasts behaving as if they're equals. This boy didn't know it's place and I'm sure it started the whole scene. Now retired guy is in trouble.

Folks, really, just steer away from niggers. You may be right, but the current state of affairs is not in law-abiding people's favor. Dindus are seen as saints, though they look and behave like hell.

Though this city is still relatively peaceful, more niggers and illegal niggers are bringing it down. My cousin's neighbor, who is a local, packed up last year to go to Idaho. Word is he doesn't miss the traffic, but he misses the warm sunny days. I don't think I can ever leave my home state, besides, I'm not going to live 30 more years. By then, it'd be a blessing to move on to a place where no evil niggers exist.

So Santa Clarita seems to be going downhill as well, has been one of the better areas if I remember right.

When this story first broke, I wondered to myself what the final outcome would be. The coddlers at the department are reviewing all the arrest he made, going through them with a fine toothed comb looking for any signs of RAYCISS! I have to wonder what their game plan is, should they find some possible case that could be twisted into something other than a nigger being a nigger. Will they release all the niggers from the zoo that he's ever put there? How many future crimes will this cause? Will this allow all the dindus to sue him, the department, the city, county or state? How much money will this cost the taxpayers?

No doubt, if any niggers are freed due to this one unfortunate incident, there will be property loss. There will be violence. There will be rapes. There will be lives lost as well as these apes go on a wilding spree of retribution, freshly re-educated in how not to get caught and more violent than ever, courtesy of our failed criminal justice system that doesn't punish and rehabilitate a damn soul, much less a soulless nigger animal.
