Nigger says putting a job listing's keywords in white text gets a resume noticed

On Feb. 22, user @robco339 shared a nifty hack that allegedly helps prospective job candidates get their resumes noticed by recruiters and employers. The hack is simple: Copy the qualifications listed in any given job listening and paste them at the bottom of their resume in white text. Save the resume as a PDF, submit it, and, boom, you’re done.

So what does that do? Before we give you an answer, let’s give some context. Apparently, companies with applicant tracking systems (ATS) rank resumes according to how many keywords they contain. Resumes with fewer keywords are less likely to appear at the top of the pile, making applicants who submit them less attractive as candidates.

Wherever the nigger got this from, it might get the resume noticed, and isn't it funny it works only because the text is white and not black? But it's not guaranteed, and wait till HR software developers put in a few lines of code to exclude white text.

Human eyes will scan the education and work history anyway. So Antwonavious and Shamaniqua can try all they want, but a serious hiring manager will see a nigger college, a major in Apefricoon Studies, and work history at McD's and the NU janitorial staff.

I hate to break it to this nigger but the white text can be seen on a written resume when they print it out. 99% of companies are going to print it out on in greyscale. Then when they see you cheated they are going to shitcan you. Secondly large empty space on a resume shows less experience.

The nigger thinks that the machine is what will get them the job. That ATS scanner also screens out nigger babble. It looks for keywords sure and also counts and highlights them... So the "genius" hack will still show up on the screen.

Now how many niggers will gloss over the article and say the scanner is racist because the white letters work? How many niggers will submit their entire resume in all white?
