Yep, noticed that too! Not only Coke, but many other companies as well hide their eMail address as if it were a gold nugget! And then try to trick you into using a "web form", where they first "need" to know everything about you, and then give an automated nonsense answer.
Hint: Take a look at their HR pages, very often very specific job offers do give contact information of the responsible contact person. Then you know how their email addresses do look like, then you just need to find out the names of a few people in the management and guess. Works astonishingly well since they simply do not expect somebody to write a mail directly to their CEO. Of course you won't get an answer from the big boss, but usually his assistant or the public relations department. Main point: Somebody reads it. Have to admit though I did not try that with coke yet, since I am still too angry to be able to write a decent mail to them.
