The investigation started after cops got a report of a U-Haul involved in a burglary, according to WPVI. The vehicle left the scene. Officers caught up. The driver allegedly surrendered. According to this account, he said he didn’t want anything to do with this, and there was a body in the back. Officers said they found a trash bag containing body parts in the back, as well as a weapon.

A 47-year-old Philadelphia man has been charged with burglary and abuse of corpse in the case of a dismembered body that was found inside a U-Haul truck in the city’s Far Northeast section Thursday.

Taray Herring was arraigned Saturday morning on those charges as well as criminal trespass, theft, and tampering with evidence. He was ordered held without bail.

I've said for a long time: judges, defense lawyers, prosecutors giving a plea deal, parole board members. Hell, even jurors voting to acquit should be held responsible. A jury filled with niggers wants to set one of their kind free? Then the next time the nigger commits a crime, arrest warrants should be issued for the jurors who didn't vote guilty.
