      A Chicago man, identified as Anthony Davis, has gone viral as he took to his Facebook live moments after being caught masturbating by his mother and the police during an apparent welfare check.

      Although some parts of social media believe Davis had police specifically called on him for masturbating in his brother’s living (on a couch he lives on), other users have further inferred that the Davis’ mother called police for a 5150; which refers to the California law code for the temporary, involuntary psychiatric commitment of individuals who present a danger to themselves or others due to signs of mental illness.
