The states supporting the suit, all of which have Republican attorneys general, are Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.

Trump defeated Biden in the popular vote in all of those states, though one of Nebraska’s electoral votes was awarded to Biden.

After Trump asked to intervene in the case, 17 former officials and lawmakers filed their own brief supporting the four swing states. They argued Paxton’s case does not belong in the Supreme Court, suggesting his claims could be made elsewhere.

For decades, we have allowed our progeny to be programmed by liberals in every aspect of their young lives. It starts as soon as the parents plop the kid down in front of the boob tube for the purpose of electronic babysitting or allow the daycare/schools to do the same. It seems innocent enough on the surface with "educational" programming but there is nothing educational about Sesame Street, or anything else coming from the PBS/Nick/industrial complex for that matter. Before the children are five years old, we then send them to public schools and colleges where they are turned into junior digital brownshirts carrying rainbow, blm and antifa flags and exchanging worthless ideas on social media.

We have allowed it all as parents and so did ours. Our parents failed us and so we are failing our children as a country. Maybe they didn't know any better or see it coming. It was subtle back then. It's not anymore. We really have no excuse.

It's very simple to me why the judges and the legislators in the states involved don't overturn the election: they are AFRAID of what will happen if they do. I honestly feel that it's fear that's driving this on their part. The judges and the legislators need to understand what's going to happen if they DON'T do the right thing and overturn the election.

I have resigned myself to the fact that it is very likely TRUMP will be gone on 20 January 2021, and within months (not years), Kamala Harris will be President of the United States. Does that disgust me to the point of nausea? I think you know the answer to that...

I'm not much of a conspiracy theory guy, and the more elaborate they are, the less I pay attention. But there are legitimate conspiracies out there. There are schemes and subterfuge going on every single fucking day. There are plants, bribes, kickbacks, extortion, threats, and general buggery taking place right out in the open these days.

That being said, the evidence that the 2020 election was manipulated to Biden's advantage is clear. That is not a "conspiracy theory", that is a fact. The problem TRUMP & Co. have going forward is that our election system has been specifically designed to be immune from the court system. The evidence is going to have to be so overwhelming that the various state legislatures are going to beat the courts in providing a remedy.

While the evidence is definitely there, does it rise to that standard?

I think the takeaway from 2020 for me is that whatever the outcome of the election, this country is much farther to the left than I thought. That is what we conservatives should be focused on going forward.
