I read an article the other day about students across the US are failing at a rate of 2-3 times what they were before Covid. This is no surprise, how the fuck are you going to put a kid in front of a computer all day at home and expect them to pay attention? This is all part of the plan to dull these kids down and make them even easier to persuade to the left.

You're right on about the demise of the educational system in this country. It began when the Federal government stuck it's thumb up the butt of the states. This is really a 10th Amendment issue -- there should be competition between the states when it comes to curriculum, methodology, and expectations.

The system as it exists now is too fucking top-heavy. Mrs. P. has been teaching full time for almost 16 years and it infuriates me at how much bullshit she has to go through just to keep her job. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say 75% of her "training" has nothing to do with her actual job -- teaching kids in a classroom how to read, write, and do math.

Another thing that infuriates me is the fabrication of certain subjects to fit the idiotic politically-correct idiocracy we're in right now. I'm just old enough to have been at the tail end of the generation that actually learned a far less sterilized version of U.S. history. Back in the 1980's when I was in grade school, figures like Christopher Columbus, George Washington, General Custer, et al, were still painted as pivotal figures in American history. Today, they are vilified. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to correct the record -- every once in a while, right to the teacher's face.

I caused a huge stink 3 or 4 years ago at the girls' middle school when I refused to let them attend a class where their imbecile of a teacher was screening the Al Gore lie-fest, Inconvenient Truth. I sent the old cooze an email telling her that I did not give my permission for this activity. The teacher (a fat old bull dyke), sent home a rather snarky note stating that is was mandatory to fulfil their social studies req's. That infuriated me, to say the least!

I got in a screaming match with the vice-principal on the phone (with me doing most of the screaming). In about 2 minutes I had her babbling and back-tracking like a nigger trying to tell a cop it didn't try to Muh Dik! a chicken. The VP knew my wife (who taught at another school in the district), and made the mistake of asking me, "Does [wife's first name] know you feel this way?" I said, "Yes, she's right here; do you want to talk to her?" I lied of course. That bluff got the girls excused from being brainwashed for the day...

The funny this is, the girls actually saw the movie a couple years later at their new school and I didn't find out about it until after the fact. When I asked them what they thought of it, almost in unison they said that it was "really dumb"

The hierarchy of K -12 should be Parents, Teachers, District, County, State, and that's it. No Federal influence at all...

I don't believe that federal or state tax dollars should be spent on education - PERIOD! If you can't feed and educate them, don't breed them.

Leave it up to local districts, counties, cities or communities if they want to form a local tax system for that purpose but leave me out of it. I shouldn't have to pay for your kids education no matter if they are human or monkey. Why should I, as a parent of two grown kids who do not use public education, be required to pay for ungrateful nigger's kids or anyone else's children for that matter. Government makes me pay and in return I don't even get a voice in how my money should be spent? I have to pay for underwater transgender basket weaving studies? That's taxation without representation!

I cannot find anywhere in the US Constitution where it says anything about requiring anything of the sort. The government is required to protect the citizens and the borders, not brainwash our kids in public schools, regardless of age or grade, then hand me the bill with one hand and while its other hand is wrapped around a gun pointed at my head!

Our public education system is a pig at the trough that never has nor will it ever eat enough to fully sate its hunger.

It will never push its fat ass back from the table under its own will. The food needs to be cleared and the pig slaughtered.

What started as a small system only meant to serve families who had no access to private education due to distance or poverty, has turned into a beast with an unquenchable thirst for money, power and control over the minds and futures of our children.

Exactly!! Parents, and only the parents should be responsible. If you can't feed them, don't breed them, plain and simple. Worked for thousands of years, so no reason to change that.
Sadly, it will get a lot worse when Sleepy Joe and the Sheeboon take over. My guess is that they will make college "free" to indoctrinate humans with Marxism and socialism even more than nowadays.

I think a lot of groids are safer in schools than they are at home.

That's probably why this long distance learning is hurting their academic scores.

Then again, even while in schools, they perform poorly, but at least then they don't have to deal with their parents' niggershines 24/7.
