The New Orleans Saints have ruled out wide receiver Michael Thomas for Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Thomas had an “altercation” with a teammate at practice over the weekend. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that he punched safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson. Saints beat reporter Nick Underhill reports that the two have a heated history together and got into a fight last season.

Put michael thomas in nigger u. where I bet it'll be a REALLY wide receiver!! Call the team the N.O. "demons!!" That would be MORE appropriate!! I was in N.O. 3 weeks ago for vacation. A LOT of "bidnezes" were boarded up, courtesy of Covid. There were still plenty of N.O. "pavement apes" knuckling around though.
