Just in time for Columbus day, bias training

To better prepair us for Columbus day, we are required to take a 'bias' training at work.

They had some trainers come in today to train is on implicit bias.

It was a real sleeper. We spent FOUR hours staring at a pair of elderly boons.

Don't test me on what I learned today because I slept through it. I apologize for having no summary for you on this training.

Looks like every sizable company has to do this to employees.

I had to deal with this shit years ago before I retired. I worked for a big pharmaceutical company which was into nigger loving before it became fashionable.
