Man arrested for accidental discharge of a firearm during black militia demonstration
black militia group calling itself The Not Fucking Around Coalition, or NFAC, is gaining a reputation for accidental discharges, as it chalks up another incident surrounding one of its protests.While the group was legally engaged in its right to bear arms, the man alleged to have accidentally discharged a firearm apparently was not. Based on the charges levied against the man, Terrance Reshad Jones, 26, he apparently possessed the firearm illegally.https://www.lawenforcementtoday.com/...demonstration/Jones has been charged with four counts of being a fugitive, one count of simple escape, one count of illegal use of a weapon, one count of reckless discharge of a firearm, a probation violation and three counts of RS 14:95.1, also known as possession of firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.
